With heroine Anushka playing the lead role, King Nagarjuna's personal makeupman turned producer Chandra (Bommadevara Ramachandra Rao) is making a movie on Sairathna Creations in V. Samudra's direction. The producer is making preparations to release the audio in first week of April and the movie In the last week. Speaking about the movie, heroine Anushka said " this is a fantastic script. There is no similarity between this flick and Arundhathi. Director Samudra is moulding it very nicely. It would be a grand entry for producer Chandra." Director Samudra said that "Panchakshari" will become another milestone in Anushka's career. Producer Chandra said " I am very much indebted to Annapurna Studios. I am happy that I am making a good movie as a producer. I am very confident that this movie will be one of the super hit movies of 2010."
