Prajarajyam chief Chiranjeevi appreciated the government for responding promptly on the problem of piracy faced by the cine industry. He spoke on the issue in assembly during special motions time. He said that though the government's initiative is just a reprieve, the industry would get relief only on proper inplimentation of the Act. Responding to Chiranjeevi's comment, Chief minister Rosaiah said that if necessary, government will bring forth a special act against piracy.
