Buzz doing rounds in Film Nagar is that director V V Vinayak would be contesting the next general elections on Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam Party ticket. According to these reports, Chiru himself asked Vinay (as he is fondly called) to field in the coming polls. This news paved way for another rumor that is circulating for a few days in the film industry that V V Vinayak and NTR’s film has been called off. If Vinayak enters into direct elections, how he would direct NTR’s movie was the argument. Adding fuel to the rumors, their film which was supposed to go to the sets by now is getting further delayed.
But sources close to Vinayak and NTR informed Telugu-cinema-news that the project is very much on and it will go to the sets in the first week of October. Kodali Naani and Vamsi are producing on it. Currently Vinayak is giving final touches to the script. The movie will have high dose of entertainment too - an aspect that missed in earlier movies of NTR and Vinayak. This will be third movie after Aadi and Sambha.
