Land Grabbing Case Against Allu Aravind

A case has been booked against Allu Aravind for land grabbing by the Cyberabad police officials. In fact, a private advocate Rahul Dev approached the court and filed a case against for allegedly grabbing his land in surroundings of Narsingi. And VIII Metropolitan Magistrate ordered the Cyberabad police to book a case against Allu Aravind and his family members for encroaching 4 acres of land of hie neighbor.

According to the Rajendernagar Magistrate directives, Narsingi Inspector Narayana booked a case against Telugu cinema mega producer Allu Aravind and his family. To be precise, the cases filed against Allu Aravind were - under sections 420 (cheating), 468, 471 and 474 and 34 of IPC against Allu Arjun, his mother Allu Nirmala, brother Allu Sirish and aunt Vasanta Lakshmi.

It was reported that Allu Aravind and his family purchased 14 acres 27 guntas of land in survey numbers 131, 163, 164 and 165 of Narsingi Panchayat in 2004. The police officials are investigating the case and also seeking the revenue department's assistance for verifying the land records and the sale deed.

Allu Arjun To Get Engaged On November 26th

The engagement ceremony of  Allu Arjun with Sneha Reddy is likely to be held on Friday, November 26th, The venue will be Sneha Reddy’s residence in Ibrahimpatnam and the arrangements are in progress. Only close relatives and friends are being invited to the event. Aravind confirmed that the wedding will take place in the coming February and also added that this is a pure arranged marriage. Sneha is the daughter of KC Sekhar Reddy, owner of a popular Hyderabad Engineering College. She has completed her MS recently from the United States

“Talks are going between our families. We didn’t want to disclose the details until the match is fixed. But few media circles leaked the news out which didn’t please either of our families. This hurts the feelings of us. Media shouldn’t take liberty over personal issues. The elders of both the families have agreed for the marriage. The marriage will take place after the shooting of Badrinath. This is not love marriage but only an arranged one”, said Allu Aravind.

This is because of Live Shows of their flicks "Magadheera" and "Josh" in MAA TV, contravening  the directions of the Chamber. Due to some dispute in revenue sharing with MAA, Gemini, ETV and few other channels, the Chamber has decided in the past not to give any film publicity to these channels. Now that producers Dil Raju and Allu Arvind have given Live Shows of audio releases of their movies Josh and Magadheera to MAA TV, the Chamber is seriously considering to take action against the producers. But both the producers' clout in industry is such that, it may not that easy for the Chmber to take action on them. However, the Chamber is thinking to tackle Arvind first and then turn to Dil Raju.

Allu Aravind create history in Bollywood

Initially Allu Arvind thought of re-making Ghazini in Telugu but later altered his plans to release the dubbed Telugu version and it paid off. Obviously, the next big destination for the ace producer was to re-make the film in Hindi and after browsing a few choices he finally roped in Aamir Khan. And as they say, the rest is history as the talented actor took the film under his wings to turn it into a blockbuster.    Novel theme, great makeovers and over-the-top promotion worked wonders to gross around Rs 200 crore in the initial collections itself and the film is still going strong. "Undoubtedly, the producer could easily make a profit of around Rs 50 to 60 crore in the end. Besides varied rights, he would have distributed the film on `sharing basis' in major centres across the country by tying up with a Mumbai-based distribution company," says a trade analyst, who marks it as a highest profit ever made by a Telugu producer on a Hindi film.    At one point of time, stars like Jeetendra thrived on Telugu remakes and was also branded a 'Southie' star. "Even other top Bollywood stars kept track of Telugu hits and vied with each other to act in remakes," says a leading producer. Even thespian Ramanaidu who made Hindi hits like Prem Nagar, Dildaar and Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain feels the same. "Even today Bollywood stars would love to do a film with us, but we need a sensational Telugu hit on hand and rest will fall in place," he asserts.

Pawan‘s Jalsa on 2nd April

The much anticipated flick Jalsa of Pawan Kalyan has been postponed by a week days. The film is likely to be released on 2nd April instead of 28th March.

Technical reasons are the reason for this delay in release. In the process of film processing, they grade the film and then subject it to DI (Digital Intermediate) for better colour effects.

The first half of the movie is well completed but the second part grading was not done as for the satisfaction of producer. So Arvind who made the film by spending huge budget of Rs. 28 crores is not in hurry to release the film without the quality that he wanted. So he wants the second half of the film to be regarded for the better colour effects. This may take couple of more days to complete the work. The film is releasing on 2nd April.
