Director Ram Gopal Varma made a announcement On twitter today, He said that Nagarjuna is playing the role of Ravan Raju in the film ‘RGV Ramayana’ that he is about to take on floors shortly.It is in fact unimaginable and surprising to see Nagarjuna as Ravan.

Though it is few days since it happened, the controversy of Nagarjuna- Suneeta Chowdary is still alive. While the latest update received is that few seniors from Nag’s end have initiated the peace talks, here is something interesting. A close source revealed that even Akkineni Nageswara Rao gave his thoughts on the issue.
Sharing his opinion with Nag, ANR reportedly said “Don’t bother too much about it, take it easy. But then, you must not react like that if someone says anything. Just receive it with a smile and get going. Never irritate them in such a way that they go and complain to the police.” With his experience and wisdom, ANR gave Gyan, as per the source.
But those who heard this say “ANR might say this now but if you look at his younger times, even ANR had a short fuse and he used to explode if he didn’t like anything. So far, many consider Nagarjuna cucumber cool with a charming smile and easy-going style. However, it was heard that the man has another side that only a few know. Well, a senior member of the technical side of film industry revealed that the ex-Yuva Samrat doesn't have his share of temper tantrums.
One of them mentioned that this "in the early days, his first film, while dubbing incharge people used to torture Nagarjuna for his pronunciation and diction. But he used simply to say ' I ' ts is not possible, this is the best I can do. If you want you can get it done by a professional. "To say this, allegedly used to Nag a huff."
He adds "However, the Board members are used to blast the dubbing in costs says ' Chinna Babu says, don't show your talent. Nagarjuna and Prabhas are heroes for all. But they are bad for Lawrence. One wonders why.
Lawerence is one of those fans of Anushka. He admires and threw it in his "Don" beside Nagarjuna. But Anushka was very close to grudge the time and then Lawrence maintained a certain distance. It is known that the directors and choreographers are trying to mix the heroines in disguise in order to explain their actions. But Lawrence could not do with the fear of Nag.
After a gap, had the opportunity to put 'Kanchana. His plan was to do with her on screen. But things have turned upside down due to problems with dates.

Telugu films hero King Akkineni Nagarjuna's new Telugu movie Damarukam shooting will resume in the first week of July. A special set has been erected in Saradhi Studios, Ameerpet and Nagarjuna will join Damarukam shooting from July 1st week. Damarukam movie is tipped to be the biggest movie in terms of budget in Nagarjuna's career.

Nagarjuna Gaganam won 2 awards at Norway Film Festival. Gaganam movie is directed by Radha Mohan and produced by Dl Raju under Matinee Entertainments. Radha Mohan, the director of Gaganam movie has been selected for the best director at the Norway Film Festival, which has been organized from April 20th to April 25.
Gaganam movie has also won Film Festivals Peoples Choice Award and the credit has to go to the Gaaganam team for such honors. Prakash Raj also played an important role in the movie and he produced the movie in Tamil version. This is a great appreciation for someone like Dil Raju who always believes story and screenplay are the key real to the movie's success. Gaganam is a bilingual movie made in Tamil and Telugu and significantly there are no songs or glamor quotient in this movie – contrary to King Nagarjuna's earlier movies. Albeit Gaganam movie got great acclamation it did not fare well at the Telugu cinema box office.

Is Nagarjua Akkineni and Nandamuri Balakrisha Christian Brothers remake movie is on cusp? Well, we all know Akkineni and Nandamuri families are one of the cornerstones of Telugu cinema industry. Both Sr. NT Rama Rao and Akkineni Nageswara Rao were good friends and have ruled the roost in Telugu film industry for ages.
NTR and ANR shared very good vibes and apart from their friendship there's always a healthy competition. They enacted in blockbuster movies like Missamma, Gundamma Katha, Ramakrishnulu, etc. But their cinematic sons Nagarjuna and Balakrishna could not act together in a movie despite after 2 decades of their entry.
Now credible sources say that Akkineni Nagarjuna and Nandamuri Balakrishna might come together for a Telugu movies. And producer Bellamkonda Suresh is the man trying to get this Nagarjuna and Balakrishna combination for a Malayalam superhit movie - Christian Brothers, which originally, Christian Brothers movie stars Mohan Lal, Suresh Gopi, Dileep and Sharath Kumar.
For this Christian Brothers Telugu remake, it seems that Bellamkonda Suresh asked Balakrishna to do this film and Balakrishna said that he would do this film, if Nagarjuna agrees for this movie. And when this script and mater was posted to Nagrajuna, he evinced interest and agreed for the movie. Now we need to wait and see when this Christian Brothers Telugu remake would begin? Akkineni King Nagarjuna Rajanna Telugu movie shooting is currently taking place in Hyderabad. In point of fact, Nagarjuna Rajanna movie is supposed to held in Shamshabad airport yesterday, but the shooting was canceled in the last minute due to some technical snags.

The Income Tax department this time stamped their authority Akkineni Nagarjuna, Anushka and Ravi Teja. King Akkineni Nagarjuna's upcoming movie Rajanna is currently undergoing shooting in Hyderabad. Nagarjuna took a break for a few days for domestic commitments and Rajanna Telugu movie shooting would commence from March 15.
A huge set has been erected in Jubilee Hills Road no. 25 , Hyderabad for this Rajanna movie schedule and the shooting would continue till the couple of weeks. After this, Nagarjuna's Rajanna movie unit would leave to Vikarabad for canning the final schedule, which takes another three weeks in April.

Telugu movies King Akkineni Nagarjuna was spotteed in Shirdi! Nagarjuna and Amala caught all eyes at Shirdi. Nagarjuna and Amala came, along with other associates visiting Shri Shirdi Sai Baba temple and took Sai Baba's blessings.
But the most surprising fact is that Nagarjuna is visting Shirdi for the first time it seems. “This is the first time I'm coming and its a very good feeling” says Nagarjuna Akkineni about his Shirdi trip.
But why all of a sudden Nagarjuna planned Shirdi trip? “Yesterday I felt like coming suddenly and so I decided to come here”, quips Nagarjuna.
When asked Nagarjuna as to what did he wished for, a smiling Nagarjuna replied, “Nothing! Absolutely nothing! I just came here to see the God and I saw”. God already gave me everything”.
So even Nagarjuna proved that he also has a philosophical touch in Nagarjuna at Shirdi! Nagarjuna Shirdi, Akkineni Nagrjuna Shirdi, Nagarjuna amala Shirdi, Nagarjuna in Shirdi, Nagarjuna Shirdi Sai Baba.

Akkineni Nagarjuna and Akhil left to Nagpur to witness the India – South Africa World Cup cricket match today. Putting all his shooting schedules beside, Akkineni Nagarjuna went alongise Akhil to watch the India – South Africa cricket match.
We all know that Akkineni Akhil is a great fan of Sachin Tendulkar, and of course Akkineni Nagarjuna also has cordial relations with Sachin Tendulkar. Remember, Sachin Tendulkar sent his bat and kit to Akhil and asked him to play with match during the Rexona Tollywood Trophy last year in September.
In fact, Sachin Tendulkar is suppose to attend that match but could not make his way. However, Sachin sent the cricket kit to Akhil and asked him to play. Akhil scored a solid half-century with that bat and he was awarded the match of the match.

 Telugu movies King Nagarjuna gets yet another 'Nata Kala Ratna' prefix to his name shortly. Congress heavyweight and film producer, Mr T. Subbarami Reddy who established the Lalitha Kala Parishath to promote Telugu art and culture, has announced that a new title 'Nata Kala Ratna' will be conferred on Nagarjuna Akkineni.
The new title 'Nata Kala Ratna' will be conferred on Nagarjuna at a function to be held at the Loyola college auditorium in Vijayawada on February 26. A jubilant Nagarjuna has also suggested his fans to address his son Naga Chaitanya as 'yuva samrat' henceforth.
