Mohan Babu to become grand father of an American Citizen

Senior actor-producer M Mohan Babu is now jubilant for more than one reason these days.

First, he is going to become grandfather of an American citizen very soon. Secondly, his mission to sponsor education to the poor children in his own school through charities is yielding fruits.

We hear Mohan Babu’s daughter-in-law Veronica, wife of Manchu Vishnu Vardhan, is expected to deliver a child in a few days. She left for the US a month before the expected date of delivery, as she wants to get American citizenship to her new-born baby.

As regards his education project, Mohan Babu has been straining his every nerve to project himself as an ideal educationist ever since he set up his institution Sri Vidya Niketan. This abode of learning has gained reputation more with his celebrity factor than the quality of education. To give further facelift to the institution and to erase its only-to-the rich image, he invited charities to finance the learning poor children under his roof.

Many of his friends and well- wishers in abroad responded generously to his call.

Well, it is happy time for Mohan Babu now and he is relaxing in kids’ corner.

Mohan Babu's next movie with five glamorous heroines

Mohan Babu is ready for operation with five glamorous heroines in his next movie. Actor cum producer today (July 29) publication that he produced the film in the direction of the  E. Nivas, he will star in it as a stand-alone hero. He said in a statement that the film would have actresses.

"Kona Venkat, Gopi Mohan and Ravi BVS have prepared an interesting script and it would be another good video in our banner," he said.

Former Rajyaa Sabha member and actor-cum-producer M Mohan Babu today said he would file a case against Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar Rao for making "inflammatory speeches" against people of Andhra and Rayalaseema regions. "I am filing a case under Section 153 of Indian Penal Code (wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot) against the TRS president for his inflammatory speeches," Mohan Babu told media persons after meeting Chief Minister K Rosaiah here to seek permission for a Shanti Yatra (peace rally) against the TRS attacks on Telugu film industry. Strongly condemning the attack on his son’s film shooting, Mohan Babu said he had supported the movement for a unified Andhra Pradesh as he did not want the state to be split into two. “I have not made any provocative speeches or comments against anybody. I only advocated united state. What’s wrong in it?” he asked. He said it was unfortunate that there was no unity in the Telugu film industry and not many actors or artistes condemned the attack on his son’s film shooting. He, however, thanked Praja Rajyam Party president Chiranjeevi for extending solidarity with him.

Tirupati, Dec 17: Actor and Producer Mohanbabu expressed his solidarity for Samaikhyandhra and is fasting for the same in Tirupati. Mohanbabu appealed the youth of Andhra Pradesh to not resort to any violence and destruction in their agitation. TV9 sorry to Mohan Babu

Mohan Babu is very straight forward man. At the same time he is short-tempered. Recently, there was news that Mohan Babu’s son is getting married to YSR brother’s daughter.

The news was telecasted as breaking news by almost all Telugu TV news channels. But TV9 which is the front runner to take mileage of these types of events has started a scrolling saying that it will broadcast special news on the marriage at 7.30pm.

After watching the scrolling, worried Mohan Babu went to TV9 office along with his son. They had searched for CEO Ravi Prakash, who was not in office at that time.

Mohan Babu angrily told the person in-charge of news to stop the scrolling; otherwise I will kill you and go to jail.

The staff informed the situation to CEO over phone, then Ravi Prakash asked them to say sorry to Mohan Babu and remove the scrolling.
