Tamannah might be happening star in Tamil films but she is getting only second lead roles and small films in Tollywood. Even her selection of films is so bad that big heroes are now vary of acting with her. Tamannah’s decision to not to reject the offer by Trivikram to pair up with Mahesh Babu has not gone well with the Telugu film industry. Look after declining to second lead role, the beauty accepted a small budgeted film opposite Allari Naresh, who is just an upcoming hero.
Tamannah and Naresh are paired up for a new film titled Padmasree Edukondalu, a comedy film, to be directed by newcomer Vijaya Saradhi and produced by Mupparapu Satyanarayana.
“She has no problems in doing ‘blink and miss act’ in recently released Ninna Nedu Repu and pairing up with smaller heroes, but she throws tantrums when given second lead opposite a superstar,” rues a filmmaker. Her only claim to fame so far is Happy Days. Despite its huge success, she was not flooded with offers in Telugu. Looks her strategy is not really paying dividends in Tollywood where the real money comes from.
