It was a known fact that Shahid Kapoor has been approached to play‘Chota Rajan’ in the sequel of 2010 hit film ‘Once Upon A Time inMumbaai’ that is produced by Ekta Kapoor and is directed by Milan Luthria. The film has Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor in lead and it was these stars who have forced Shahid to delaysigning the deal. While his awkwardness in working with his ex-Kareena is quite understood, it was stated that he was ready to share screen with Akshay after working with him in the film ‘Deewane Huye Paagal’. But despite of he delaying the decision on working in the film ‘OUATIM 2’, the makers are still keen to have him on board. The actor who waspreviously given the rough draft of the film is now offered a final draft of the story and the screenplay as they want him to be reassured of his key role in the film.
