It seems that Imtiaz Ali saw Theen maar in Mumbai and was fascinated with the movie. Applauding the Theen maar director Jayanth C Paranji, Imtiaz Ali said that he could see Jayanth taking the movie forward with values and conceptual analysis. Make no mistake - Imtiaz Ali watched Theen maar without subtitles.
“Saw Teen Maar, the Telegu remake of Love Aaj Kal in a theatre in Bombay. It was without subtitles but I could make out most of it. It was fun. I could also see that in certain places the director of the movie has taken the concept forward. It all looked very good. I enjoyed it very much”, posted Imtiaz Ali posted on his face book account.
