Having tasted success in Bollywood with Bbudah Höga Baap Terra, director Puri Jagannath has already started working on his second Hindi project.
And this time, his eyes fixed on Ghajini Asin girl.
"Puri was offered Asin the lead role in his second Hindi business. He met the actress and she would have given the green light if it is still to sign on the dotted line," said a source.
The interesting part is that this movie wil be a remake of Telugu hit Puri own - Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammaia - Asin who is also a Telugu film debut! What remains to be seen, however, is whether the affected dbuo can run the same fate in the Hindi film world as well.

Once again the combination of Ravi Teja and Puri Jagannath super hit meet in the idiot 2. That would be silly sequel, which came in 2002 with Ravi Teja and Rakshitha and directed by Puri Jagannath. Idiot two films made in accordance Puri Jagannath productions. Speaking on the occasion, director Puri Jagannath said that as silly, stupid 2 is trend setter and a totally different movie.

It's an open secret now, why the director Puri Jagannath noted chose heroine Charmed charmi for her debut in Bollywood business "Buddha" with the legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan. There was a great romantic story behind Puri Charmed scavenging action against Amitabh plays the role of an action hero in the film.
According to Telugu Bollywood workers, a romance between Puri and Charmee went to the extent ", a live-in relationship" of two, at least during their stay in Mumbai until the end of shooting.
Charmee and Puri is said to have been the same apartment in Mumbai until the Buddha shootout took place. And were often late at night with parties and pubs, sources said.
Well, we must keep our fingers crossed, to the extent that this relationship will continue. Is devi sri prasad watching?

Megastar Chiranjeevi made sensational statements saying that he would 150th movie under Puri Jagannath if Amitabh Bachchan agrees to do a special role in the movie. Chiranjeevi made this announcement when yesterday when he graced the premiere show of Amitabh Bachchan’s movie ‘Bbudah Hoga Tera Baap’. Scores of people were cheering when they heard Chiranjeevi making this announcement. However, it would still be a distant dream for Chiranjeevi for his 150 movie given his busy political itinerary. Chiru said ‘I will commit for my 150th film in the direction of Puri Jagannath, if Amitabh agrees for a special appearance,’ said chiranjeevi amidst huge cheers from Fans.
Few days back when Chiranjeevi announced that he will not act in the movies, fans stagd a protest in front of Chiranjeevi's house demanding that he should act in the movies. They opine that movies and politics are entirely different and that he should withdraw his decision. Along with Amitabh Bachchan, several other Telugu cinema celebrities including Ram Gopal Varma, Ravi Teja, Prabhas, Puri Jagannath, Rajamouli, Kona Venkat, Brahmaji, Subbaraju, Charmee, Jayasudha, Krishnam Raju, Sunil, Sonu Sood, Gopi Mohan, etc also graced Bbuddah Hoga Tera Baap permier show. SO let's see whether Chiranjeevi can withdraw his decision or not.

| Actress Ranjitha used to share a special relation with Ace Director Puri Jagannath and she even worked as Assistant Director for the movie Chiruta. Sources say that the actress was very close to Puri and his old friend Krishna who is later sent out on some financial allegations. These three used to party together almost every night during the shoot in Bangkok and every one used to feel that there is some strong relation between them much more than just working relation. Puri Jagannath a reputed director in Tollywood who launched Ramcharan and headed Charan movie for a big hit. Everybody are aware that Nagarjuna and Puri Jagannath are good friends as Nag produced Super under direction of Puri. According to film nagar sources, its understood that Nag has asked Puri to make a good script for launch of his son Naga Chaitanya which would be made under banner of Annapurna Studio‘s. As such Puri made up his mind to make movies under his home banner Vaishno Academy. Hence this would be under Vaishno Academy which is likely to start from June.

Bujjigadu - made in Chennai is the movie starred by Trisha being directed by Puri Jagannath and hero is Prabhas, Puri calls Trisha as ‘Bangaram‘, he stated that Trisha is very obedient heroine on sets, when called on sets she calmly walks on to play her role, when director says cut, Trisha leaves the place and sits in her chair given to her, she never utters anything more than her requirements. She enjoys leisure time on sets with her laptop.
