A case has been booked against Allu Aravind for land grabbing by the Cyberabad police officials. In fact, a private advocate Rahul Dev approached the court and filed a case against for allegedly grabbing his land in surroundings of Narsingi. And VIII Metropolitan Magistrate ordered the Cyberabad police to book a case against Allu Aravind and his family members for encroaching 4 acres of land of hie neighbor.
According to the Rajendernagar Magistrate directives, Narsingi Inspector Narayana booked a case against Telugu cinema mega producer Allu Aravind and his family. To be precise, the cases filed against Allu Aravind were - under sections 420 (cheating), 468, 471 and 474 and 34 of IPC against Allu Arjun, his mother Allu Nirmala, brother Allu Sirish and aunt Vasanta Lakshmi.
It was reported that Allu Aravind and his family purchased 14 acres 27 guntas of land in survey numbers 131, 163, 164 and 165 of Narsingi Panchayat in 2004. The police officials are investigating the case and also seeking the revenue department's assistance for verifying the land records and the sale deed.
