Who is Number One!

In olden days it was unanimously opined that late N.T.Ramarao is the number one hero. There was no dispute about it. After him, Krishna occupied that position for some. Chiranjeevi rose to that position and would have remained there for long, but he entered politics. At present there are two heroes vying for the number one slot. One is Jr. NTR and the other one is Mahesh Babu. NTR is considered a mass hero, while Mahesh Babu has the class hero image. Alongwith these two, a budding hero Ramcharan, though he acted in only two movies so far, is making inroads to the race. There is no doubt that he is talented, but he has to go still further and prove himself. He has to do all kinds of roles right from king to pauper, hero to villain and get praises from the audiences. He has to strive a lot and surge ahead because collections alone are not standards for any hero to become Number One.
