Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma says that Megastar Chiranjeevi is a phenomenon and and people of Andhra Pradesh are not. Ram Gopal Varma was reacting to the statements by Chiranjeevi saying that he will not act in films again. Chiranjeevi's decision came in as a shock and scores of people expressed disappointment when they came to know the news. Needless to expound, even Ram Gopal Varma was also a Chiranjeevi fan.
Ram Gopal Varma wrote, “Chiranjeevi is a phenomenon nd the people of Andhra pradesh are not nd they proved that by not making him a chief minister. If ppl of AP don't make chiranjeevi CM its their bad luck nd if such ppl don't vote for him its his good luck. But I anyday want to see the people of AP queeing up for chiranjeevis tickets rather than chiranjeevi queuing up for the fuckers. I used the word fuckers becos any given day I luv chiranjeevi much more than I luv the people of Andhra pradesh.
Further Ram Gopal Varma addressing Ram Charan said that his dad was always superior to all the people and why was he willing to serve the inferior.
