Telugu Cinema Industry is facing utter disappointment, as the big heroes are busy with their political gimmicks and hence are either postponing their film releases or their film careers. As the election date has been announced all the political parties are busy in luring film stars to campaign for the respective parties, the film shootings are getting paused for at least a couple of months.
Big heroes such as Pawan Kalyan have already clarified that their upcoming movies will release after elections. Mahesh Babu who is said to be holidaying in Malaysia is also considering the proposal of Congress to campaign. Since he is not interested in entering politics presently, it is said due to the constant pester from his father superstar Krishna he is staying away from his parents. Singhamalli Ramesh who is producing Mahesh and Pawan’s next flick is facing budget problems. It is reported that Mahesh is demanding Rs 9 crores, Trivikram is demanding 4 crores and Anushka is demanding 1.5 crores to act in this film.
Some sources report that, the producer has recently lent some money to the present ruling party and is now in financial crisis. Balakrishna is said to be winding up his movie, but the unit sources report that the movie is going to release after elections fearing a flop status at the box office. Junior NTR is going to campaign in the coming elections and so his next movie Adur’s will have the balance songs part to be filmed which is expected to be done from Aril 25th to May 16th.
So, this makes Tollywood face the thirst of Big Hero movies.
