The Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting will be promoting six Indian filmmakers at this year's Cannes International Film Festival, scheduled to be held from May 11 to 22, as apart of a the continuous effort framed to enhance the collaboration between Indian and overseas film industries. These filmmakers will be introduced through a series of meetings and networking events at the India Pavilion in the international village.
The events include networking sessions with France’s CNC, Telefilm Canada, the Screen Producers Association of Australia (SPAA) and Israeli delegates. In addition, trailers and information kits about the selected directors work will be presented.

Deepika, whose real life story inspired Ekta Kapoor's upcoming film "Ragini MMS", Friday said that she would proceed legally against the producer if she does not show me the movie before the release. The 22 year old Delhi-based girl said that she already spoke to producer Ektha Kapoor in this connection but she's unable to find out why's Ekta not interested to show me the movie.
When Deepika dropped at Balaji office, the answers she's getting is that the movie was not ready and as such the production house is unable to show the movie, which is just one week away from release. Deepika was shown the movie's script before it has hit the production but Deepika wants to check whether she's been shown in the right light or not.
Says Deepika, “ I was shown the script during production and I absolutely have no problems with the script. However, there's ample variation between the content on paper and digital content. I want to check the digital content before there's any damage done to my image”. Although Deepika was offered compensation for her story, producer Ekta maintains that only 30 percent of the film is based on the rest is completely imaginative.

The 27 year old Mumbai based model Anjali Lavania featured as The Kingfisher Calender Girl for March 2011 and was also part of several bikini model photo shoot. Anjali Lavania, who is regular with meditation says that yoga has helped develop glamor and lose weight. Naa Ishtam movie news updates: Daggubati Rana started styling for his new Telugu movie Naa Istham! After Nenu Naa Raakshasi, Rana is now preparing for Naa Ishtam movie to be directed by Prakash Tholeti and produced by Paruchuri Kiriti under United Movies banner.
Daggubati Rana already started styling for the movie – costume trails, body language in apparels, look of the character in costumes, etc are currently on. Genelia would play heroine in Daggubati Rana's Naa Istam. Rana and Genelia will share screen space for another romantic entertainer. May be can expect a photo shoot shortly between Daggubati Rana and Genelia.
Naa Istam Telugu movie is very important for Genelia since she's making a comeback after her Orange movie debacle.
